Hi Now serving,
Thanks for wishes and comment dear..,,
I love fried rice especially Indo-Chinese fried rice! This done a bit different then the usual ones here at shops as it was not friend with egg and bawang goreng sprinkled was not on either.
Just a suggestion, try this with "Bawang Goreng" or friend onions sprinkle on top like this :
http://resipiibundo.blogspot.com/2011/07/bawang-goreng-rangup.html
If you cant read it, its just red onions, chopped, let it dry on a bowl for 20 to 30 minutes. then mix a bit of corn flour and fry. it can last up to 3 days. Its something like pappadom but often found on fried rice sprinkled.
Give it a try :D (oh plus how do i subscribe to your blog?)
