- First mix pepper and salt with little water and beat the eggs nicely,keep aside.
- In a pan add little oil and start frying chopped green bell pepper,broccoli and onion.
- Once it is fried,add soysauce and mix well.
- Now add the egg mixture,while it is half done,add the boiled rice
- Keep the flame in slim, start mixing well till you feel that all the ingredients has mixed and egg has cooked well.
