STRAWBERRY -VANILLA TWIST

This is my contribution to Maheswari's AFAM Event

The strawberry is a member of the rose family and is unique in that it is the only fruit with seeds on the outside rather than the inside. They are also a very healthy fruit, being rich in vitamin C and a good source of folic acid as well as being high in fibre

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh Strawberry - 2cups
Vanilla ice cream - 2 scoops
Sugar - as per your taste
Vanila extract - 2-3 drops(optional)
Milk - 1/2cup

METHOD:

Drop the Strawberry,milk and sugar one by one in Mixer and blend it nicely.

After few minutes add vanilla icecream,again blend it .

Before serving just sprinkle drops of vanilla extract and serve chill.

I'm sure you will enjoy the twist of two flavours strawberry and vanilla...
