RADISH LEAVES FRY:
INGREDIENTS:
White Radish leaves- 1 bunch
Roasted Groundnut - 2 tbsp
Dried Red chillies - 3
Onion - 1/4 cup
Salt - As per Taste
Garlic- 2 flakes
For Seasoning: Mustard, Broken urad dhal, Hing (a pinch)
METHOD:
First clean the leaves and chop finely.
Coarsely grind this dried chilli and groundnuts in blender. Keep aside
Season the things, mentioned in seasoning list. Add chopped garlic, onion, and radish leaves fry well...
Sprinkle little water, add salt and close the lid. After sometime open & mix it well.
Finally mix coarsely powdered groundnut, chilli mixture.
A healthy leafy veg.recipe is ready:))

Hi Usha, Thanks for your kind comments on my blog.. :) You have great site here with lots of wonderful recipes. I make carrot kheer in a similar manner but use almonds instead of cashews - we love it at home. The mullangi keerai looks very nutritious.

I love palya from greens and yours looks delicous. I never tried using roasted groundnuts with them. Thats a great tip. Carrot kheer is so delicious and healthy isn't it?

We make the curry of radish leaves but some different ingredients. This is very different and new recipe. Leaves looks so fresh.......and dish looks yummy. I never try carrot kheer.
