GARLIC BREAD- A ITALIAN STARTER

INGREDIENTS:

Bread Slice - 6

Garlic flakes - 4

Butter - 3tsp

Oregano herbs- few

Salt- optional

METHOD:

First Preheat the oven to 350F.

Mince the garlic and mix nicely with butter(i used its not butter),if you wish add little salt.

Apply this spread on the Bread Slice and sprinkle Oregano and arrange on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25minutes....

Serves - 2

Note: I made little variations in Baking temperature level, and used herbs.

If you have any herbs, you can use it instead of Oregano, this all meant for just flavouring agent...

I tried this Reciepe from:http://www.recipezaar.com/21428

Garlic bread looks good. I broil it instead of baking. Try it and sprinkle some cheese at the last minute.

Usha, 4 garlic flakes means its heavy garlic flavour rt..? I tried once with just 2 garlic cloves and used parsley for the herb and still felt its too heavy.

USHA said...

Hi Sups!
Thanks alot...

Hi Shn,

I just used very small size 4 flakes, what you said is correct....
If we use more, then the whole bread smell heavy....

My son and I love garlic bread and I do make it at home. There is something very addictive about this flavorful bread, isn't it, Usha?-:)
