Hi Dear Friends,
I'm here to share a wonderful, simple at the same time very easy receipe ...
One of my daughter's classmate mom gave this as Prasadham, i just got the receipe and tried at home.
Without taking much time, lets step into the process quickly..
Ingredients:
Rava/Suji- 1& 1/2 cup
Ripenbanana-1
Coconut-2tsp
Brownsugar/Sugar-1cup
Elachi power-1tsp
Milk- 250ml
Cashew-10
Salt- a pinch(optional)- to enhance the sweet
Method:
1. Soak Rava in milk for 1 hour.
2. Grind the soaked rava,brownsugar/sugar,Fresh coconut, Elachi powder, Banana(please don't add any water unless it is required ).
3.Add the broken cashew bits into the mixture.
4. Heat the kuzhupaniyam pan ,gease with little ghee and pour 3/4th and cover . Allow it to cook on medium flame for 5mts and turn it, cook for another few minutes.
5. If you don't have pan, you can drop it as a ball in the pan &deep fry it.
6.My observation, rather than having it very hot, having it luke warm gives us nice taste..
HAPPY COOKING:)
